CORTINA WELLNESS INTERNAL RULES OF OPERATION
Opening hours
● Mon–Fri: 06:30–22:00
● Sat–Sun: 07:00–22:00
These are the standard operating hours, which may be subject to change in special situations (e.g.: Easter, Christmas, New Year’s Eve, etc.). Any changes will be posted in the club.
Access is permitted only after completing the membership registration form and issuing the membership card; this may also be an electronic card, which is strictly personal and non-transferable.
By signing the registration form, the member assumes full responsibility for their own state of health, physical condition, and ability to use the facilities and equipment provided by the club. Cortina Wellness is not liable for injuries suffered by members who use the facilities or sports equipment improperly, without supervision from the club’s certified instructors.
All sports activities within Cortina Wellness must be performed with prior approval from the member’s family doctor or specialist physician, depending on the individual’s health condition. Members agree not to engage in sports activities within the club if their health does not permit it. Cortina Wellness reserves the right to request a medical certificate confirming the member’s health status.
Entry to the club is allowed only with the membership card. Cards/wristbands are strictly personal and non-transferable. Improper use will result in immediate withdrawal of the card and cancellation of the membership. In case of loss or theft, the holder must immediately inform the club reception. If, for any reason, a member cannot present their card/wristband, they may borrow a daily access card from reception
The membership fee must be paid in full at the start of the subscription period. Contract termination will result in loss of the amount paid.
The lockers in the changing rooms are equipped with digital locks that are secured by entering a four-digit code followed by the key symbol. Unlocking is done by pressing the same keys used for locking.
Lockers cannot be kept occupied between visits; every evening after closing, the club reserves the right to open all locked lockers.
Cortina Wellness is not responsible for items left, forgotten, lost, or stolen on the premises.
During each visit, members will receive two towels from the towel desk. After use, towels must be placed in the designated collection bins. Members must use a towel on fitness equipment to protect surfaces. If sweat gets on the equipment, members must wipe it with paper and disinfectant provided by Cortina Wellness.
Consumption of drinks or food brought from outside is not allowed inside the club.
Inappropriate behavior of any kind is prohibited within the club. This includes, but is not limited to: abusive, offensive, degrading, or profane language; obscene behavior or language; or any form of harassment that may cause discomfort to members or staff.
Remember: our common goal is to create a healthy and relaxing atmosphere for our community. Please be mindful of your voice volume; in case of an emergency, please proceed to the designated safe areas. (For discussions or phone calls, please use the designated areas.)
Club members may invite a limited number of guests (please note that Cortina Wellness reserves the right to refuse their access in case of inappropriate behavior or attire). Guest access is allowed free of charge from Monday to Sunday within the benefits of the member’s subscription, or by paying the entrance fee. Guests may use the facilities they opt for, for the duration of one day; members are responsible for informing guests about the Club Regulations and ensuring that they are medically fit and trained to use the facilities.
When accessing the fitness room, swimming pool, spa area, etc., members must wear appropriate equipment for the specific area (details are listed in the regulations for each zone). Members must inform the Club if they do not know how to use a facility; in such cases, they must hire the services of a personal trainer approved by the club, at their own expense.
It is strictly forbidden:

for children under 16 years old to access the spa area and gym, even if their parent has a subscription for those areas (exception: children using the fitness room under the supervision of a personal trainer);

To avoid unpleasant situations, children up to 13 years old must use the children’s changing rooms. In case of overcrowding, they may use the adult changing rooms only if accompanied by an adult. Unaccompanied children must contact Cortina Wellness staff for assistance during their stay in the changing room.
Children up to 7 years old will use the dedicated children’s changing rooms. Children over 7 years old may use the adult changing rooms of the same gender.
Club members may book massages or treatments up to 7 days in advance. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior. Failure to show up or cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged at the full price of the scheduled service.
