Our training zones and classes are designed to offer you the freedom to choose the type of movement that suits you best—whether you already know your preferred workouts or want to explore new options. All this happens under the guidance of a team of professionals dedicated to helping you achieve optimal results, both physically and holistically.

You can select one or multiple types of workouts, as well as your desired difficulty level, when signing up for a class:

BodyPump Les Mills

One of the world’s most successful group classes, Les Mills BodyPump is an intense, pre-choreographed workout designed to challenge your entire body. Known as the powerhouse of group training, it’s perfect for those aiming to build strength, muscle tone, and proper weighted exercise technique.

The class is structured into 10 tracks, each targeting major muscle groups to exhaustion with appropriate weight loads.

Difficulty level: Beginner Intermediate Advanced

BodyCombat Les Mills

BodyCombat is a high-energy, metabolic workout that pushes your limits regardless of fitness level. This pre-choreographed class is inspired by martial arts and structured into 10 tracks featuring techniques from Boxing, Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Karate, and Capoeira.

It’s a full-body workout blending cardio effort with muscular endurance, coordination with speed, and stamina with explosive power — all for guaranteed results.

Difficulty level: Intermediate Advanced

Full Body Workout

This comprehensive workout targets all muscle groups using functional and postural exercises. Ideal for beginners, it allows you to work at your own pace without synchronized moves, adapting to your fitness level. The goal is toning, posture improvement, strength and muscle gain, and enhanced endurance.

Difficulty level: Beginner Intermediate Advanced

Core

The core area supports your entire body and is essential for functionality, strength, and posture. This medium-intensity postural workout focuses on the abdomen, posterior muscle chain, and breathing.

It involves detailed stimulation of abdominal muscles and spinal stabilizers, complemented by postural and breathing exercises.

Difficulty level: Beginner Intermediate Advanced

Pilates

Pilates is a body & mind class focusing on breathing techniques, controlled movement, and abdominal muscle activation. It emphasizes balance, lengthening and stretching muscles, correct posture, and self-control. Suitable for all ages and fitness levels, Pilates offers numerous benefits for body and mind.

This versatile discipline is ideal for both women and men, promoting toning, posture correction, and overall well-being—either as a standalone workout or a complement to other activities.

Functional Training

This class tests your cardio and muscular limits through bodyweight and weighted exercises. It aims to develop motor skills used in everyday movements. Functional Training is recommended for all fitness levels, provided you follow instructor guidance and stay focused throughout.

Stretching

Designed for those feeling muscle tension after workouts or a tough week, Stretching is the best remedy for release and relaxation. It improves mobility and muscle quality, aiding recovery and injury prevention. This body & mind class offers real and immediate benefits not to be missed.

TRX

TRX (Total Resistance Exercise) is a highly effective functional training method using suspension cords to build muscle strength, stability, explosiveness, and muscle quality.

A favorite in the fitness world, TRX can be the perfect workout to maintain tone and high-level fitness.

Glutes & Abs

This class combines exercises targeting the glutes with a focused abs/core workout, creating a balanced and strong physique. You’ll work on strength, stability, and posture, sculpting a firm backside and a powerful core.

Each session is dynamic and challenging, suitable for all fitness levels, offering both aesthetic and functional benefits – better body control, more energy, and greater confidence in your daily movements.

Yoga

Yoga classes are guided sessions dedicated to improving physical, mental, and spiritual balance. Typically beginning with breathing exercises (pranayama) for relaxation and focus, followed by a series of postures (asanas) varying in difficulty to enhance flexibility, strength, and posture.

The session ends with deep relaxation (savasana) or meditation to reduce stress and promote well-being. The atmosphere is calm, often accompanied by soothing music, encouraging participants to listen to their bodies and respect their limits.
